Choa Chu Kang Ave 3 · 5-Room Flat

The Neutral House

The brief

Bright, open-plan family living

The owners wanted somewhere to decompress, not a showflat. We opened the kitchen wall to the dining zone so cooking and homework happen in the same breath of light, laid a soft off-white base, and let solid timber carry the warmth. Every cabinet front is handleless, so the eye keeps moving and the flat reads larger than its floor plan.
