My partner and I spoke with close to 12 interior designers before eventually deciding to work with Heidi, and looking back, we're glad we did. From our very first meeting, Heidi stood out with her ability to balance creativity and practicality. We came in with a fairly clear vision for our 4-room resale flat, but she took it further and introduced design concepts that made the space functional and beautiful. What deserves special mention is her after-sales service. Even months after we moved in, Heidi has continued to help us resolve issues and coordinate rectifications. Today, as we sit in our completed home, the space feels warm, functional, and very much "us".

Was introduced to Nigel from Quad.R by a friend and I am really thankful I got to meet him. He was upfront and honest from the get go, listening to what we wanted in our home and telling us what was feasible. Throughout the whole process he updated us daily on the renovation progress. There were minor hiccups along the way, as you would expect, but he always got them sorted. He even went furniture shopping with us and helped us save some money. Post-handover was stress free too. Every time we texted him about a problem, his reply was always "don't worry I'll settle".

A partner in creating our dream home. Our experience with Quad.R Design and our designer Kim was exceptional from concept to completion and beyond. Kim transformed our space to include a fully enclosed kitchen with a dedicated laundry area, which has significantly improved our daily living. The tiling and carpentry quality is flawless. We chose Quad.R despite a lower quote elsewhere and it was the best decision. Kim is highly responsive and has promptly arranged free repairs for minor wear-and-tear issues long after the project ended.
