The brief

Warm neutral, hotel-suite calm

A Punggol East flat rebuilt around slow mornings. We widened the sightline from the entry to the balcony so daylight travels the full depth of the home, then kept the palette to oat, sand and pale oak so nothing competes for attention. Concealed storage runs the length of the hallway, which is how a four-room flat stays this quiet on a weekday evening.
